2 ★Was ok for around 6 months, did the job but then after the update on 8 May 2020 my scales stopped connecting to my phone. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, checked permissions and am running a compatible Android OS. Changing to OKOK app now.

2 ★Was great before. But after the update, all my information is gone, and most of the app functions don't work. Can't even log in after a reinstall trying to fix the problem :(

1 ★Accurate weight. Rubbish health data. I'm 5'9", size 8 (uk) female, weigh 8stone 7lb & have 27% body fat, absolute rubbish. I do cardio & strength training 6 days a week & it tells me my muscle & bone mass are low. And I my age 3 is years older than I really am. The Activ8 scales at my gym recorded my fat as 17.5% in March & I've done much more exercise in lockdown. Scales were a waste of money. I will be purchasing a reputable brand for accurate results.

1 ★Can't Register - HELP I cannot get the app to register an email/password. I enter my info and click continue and it spins and spins and finally flashes 'Network Error'...We have tried on several different phones with the same results. Please help!

1 ★Over half the times I try to weigh myself, only my weight is recorded with no additional metrics. When it does actually record the other metrics, they are very inaccurate! The app says that my body fat percentage is over 30%, but I am around 20%.

1 ★This app wont let me log in I keep going through everything and when I get to the end it starts me all over again. I've tried about 10 times and it's always the same.

1 ★All of the detail numbers are ridiculous. My body age is 11 and I've %15 fat really? At least the fitbit connector of this app works and I can get my weight syncted to there. Dont believe anything other than your weight number though.

1 ★Since the last update on 20th April, I have lost access and the app won't let me reset the password. I don't want to have to start again with a new account. Please create a new update to fix the problem.

2 ★After the upstate, all records are gone and I have to re-register to use this app. The scale works perfectly so I give it another try but if it happens again, I just uninstall the app.

2 ★This app used to be good but no longer. I cannot adjust the units for measuring weight, stuck on kg, now uninstalled app, see if a reinstall will help. If not, scales in bin. Poor.

1 ★App requires location access every time you want to weigh yourself. The developer response is a lie. I work with android developers and they have laughed at this. Dodgy!
