2 ★Your app is not working. After payment also showing pending status. There is no grievance or complaint icon. No use of app

1 ★Scam app to steal money allocated for digitization. The service to renew learner licence let's you choose both yes and no at the same time for several questions. No testing happens and all the funds allocated for development of the app is gulped by corrupt people. In the RTO, blatant bribery and supremacy of agents charging unnecessarily are flourishing.

1 ★Worst app nothing is working. There will be a help option but no use. eg: Help number not working, also mail id we won't get the reply. So two options no use. Also tried for income certificate but Applicant name taking only Surname when we are applying. and one more thing, if we try applying for anything from here amount will be deducted but payment shows still pending...here we won't get any help to get refunded. Because help number not working and alsomail id won't get reply.

1 ★There was owner transfer for vehicle in T Folio app. This function is not implemented in the app. The website of RTO says it can be done using T Folio app. Implement this functionality. I don't know why T Folio app was replaced by this app.

1 ★When was telangana govt I can apply easily LLR and some other process too but when gvrt change the app futures also changed as well as process also not completing succesfully showing some errors and pending process one one word very disappointed by this app this time ..
