Perkumpulan Putra Putri Saraba Kawa yang disingkat dengan Perkumpulan Pusaka idirikan pada tanggal 6 April 2010. Secara formal lembaga ini didirikan berdasarkan Akta Notaris pada Notaris Sudarmadi, SH, MH, M.Kn Nomor 34 tanggal 11 September 2015. Perkumpulan Pusaka telah memiliki Badan Hukum sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Azasi Manusia Republik Indonesia Nomor AHU-0005630.AH.01.07. TAHUN 2015 yang kemdian diperbaharui dengan Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Azasi Manusia Nomor AHU-0000338.AH.01.08 TAHUN 2016.Ditingkat lokal, Perkumpulan Pusaka juga telah mengantongi Izin Operasional dari Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Tabalong Nomor : B-224/DIK/PAUDNI/421.9/06/2016.
