1 ★This was the biggest waste of my time. When I finally got to the end you can only renew for one year on this stupid app. This just so they can collect more information from.

1 ★This app blows! It wouldn't accept anything! Not my own face or driver's license! Don't attempt unless you want to lose your sanity! Frustrating trying to get the pictures to their standards! If I could give ZERO stars I would! Stupid ass government would recommend something that doesn't work! 🤦‍♀️

1 ★Very bad design and connection. It would not allow me to connect. I followed every instruction multiple times. Very frustrating.

1 ★Doesn't authenticate with MVD website. Unexpected errors occur. Waste of time. Not recommended.

3 ★When $300 is on the line, persitance and patience is key with this app. It took me 2 hours but got it to work.

1 ★Just plain bad. There HAS to be another way to verify other than facial recognition. Makes it longer to verify to begin with. I wanted to get a new DL and this isn't making it any smoother and I'm usually for authentication security.

4 ★It's a pain to set up but to be fair the app works fine. The only reason I needed this was for Arizona mvd website. I didn't run into any crashes or bugs.

1 ★What a POS. Get an error code when trying to verify photo ID. Call and the stooge says on the other end says they dont know why they are getting this error code and the app is still in its infancy. You are trying to protect identities and cant even verify the legitimate user? Screw this!!!

1 ★Horrible app. Said no wifi, had it on. Once I was activated and tried to use it after scanning the code, it just timed out. Won't authenticate. Waste of time. Hope my personal info won't be misused. Had to delete the app.

1 ★Like previous posters I yried to used this app to verify my AZ MVD account. I never could connect to their server. I tried through the app, through the web browser, using Wi-Fi, and using data. Nothing worked.
