Berdasarkan TUPOKSI p2tb Puskesmas Pegayut, kegiatan “SOBATKU” menekankan padaKomunikasi dimana adanya interaksi antara individu dengan individu,individu dengan kelompok, atau kelompok dengan kelompok. Proses komunikasi adalah peyampaian informasi dari komunikator kepada komunikan melalui media secara aktif dengan menggandeng berbagai lapisan masyarakat untuk dapat terlibat secara langsung, mulai dari masyarakat sipil, tokoh kesehatan, LSM, tokoh agama hingga pemerintah.
Program ini adalah pendekatan terhadap kaum
milenial, yaitu usia remaja sampai dewasa, antara 15-36 tahun. Karena menurut data di
Puskesmas Pegayut, Penyakit TBC juga terdiagnosis pada anak remaja. Karena itu kami
membuat sebuah aplikasi android yg dapat diakses gratis oleh Pasien dalam masa pengobatan,
Kader, Petugas P2TB dan petugas laboratorium Puskesmas Pegayut, Bidan Desa ataupun Dokter
Praktek Mandiri di ruang lingkup Puskesmas Pegayut.
. “SOBATKU” menyediakan fitur-fitur bagi petugas kesehatan seperti:
menambahkan/mengedit data dasar pasien,
menambahkan/mengedit data klinis pasien,
menyediakan alarm pengingat untuk menindaklanjuti pasien dan untuk memberikan
update hasil pengobatan dalam jangka waktu tertentu.
aplikasi ini juga sangat berguna bagi pasien TB paru, antara lain:
alarm untuk mengingatkan minum obat
unsur edukasi di dalamnya berupa tata cara minum obat dan pemeriksaan dahak
berkala.
Fitur chatting dan inbox warga bisa langsung berinteraksi ataupun langsung bisa
mendapatkan feedback dari petugas kesehatan ataupun kader.
Aplikasi “SOBATKU” diharapkan dapat membuat masyarakat lebih interaktif dan tanggap
dalam pelaporan penyakit menular ini melaui penggunaan media internet. Selain itu,
Puskemas menerima pemberitahuan lewat SMS tentang kasus TB dan dapat melihat
langsung laporan jumlah kasus TB melalui website yang dinotifikasi oleh Kader maupun
Petugan P2TB Puskesmas Pegayut sehingga Dokter dan petugas kesehatan dapat dengan
mudah melihat riwayat medis pasien TB di Puskesmas Pegayut.
