Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★Excellent, been using for more than a year now. The UI is super intuitive and the food database is really comprehensive, if you find a product that's not in the database you can add it in a minute. Sadly I can't give it 5 stars since there is no current way to absolutely set your macro nutrients goals (right now is only by %). I'm on a diet plan with a professional nutritionist, he set me goals for calories and macros and I'd like to use Yazio to track that but it's not possible ATM.
1 ★My reminders don't come to notifications unless I open the app. Which is not logical! Pls advise
2 ★The app its self was set up nicely but its lots of actions require money and honesty its not worth it. Also if there isn't already the food you ate its takes a long time just to get it set up. I don't think this could be helpful to me but it may help others it just seems like there's lots of unnecessary things like having to pay extra to keep track of fasting when other apps can do that for free.
4 ★Pretty good app overall, however meal plans need to adjust automatically to the recommended calory intake because they are pretty useless otherwise. They were a huge reason for pro for me so i'm a bit disappointed. Still already a 4* because it is well put together and easy to use, but please implement this feature, it would be such a huge quality of life fix. I have seen this suggestion on the forums as well since mid 2020 so it's nothing new. 5* when this update comes.
1 ★Discouraging & time consuming. No refunds! No way to set KETO Macros, only adjust calorie goal. Manually enter every single food, as 50% of the time others who've scanned and saved didn't enter accurately. Paid for the PRO to get the scanning convenience. I should have just done CarbManager but that one took time too. Not hours trying to figure out whether they offer adjustments... And they don't. No way to add or scan data using food pics. Not completely useless, but very disappointing.
4 ★This is a great app for me, it helped and sti is reaching my health goals. I had it linked to my fitbit app and it was great since the fitbit app was apple to ready nutritional info...sadly I am now with Garmin and the Garmin Connect can't read the nutritional info from it...a very setback for me. Guys please work on these I am sure it's an easy thing to do for the next update.
3 ★I looked in to clean fasting and downloaded a few apps. At first glance Yazio appealed the most. Used it for a month, only used the free basic features. There looks like there is much more to explore within the app. I entered my food and daily exercise and noted my fasting times. This app may help some who need to track their behaviour but for me is a little pointless. I know when to eat, I know I've exercised and I know what I chose to eat! I learned a few things about fasting from the app
5 ★Brilliant app and user interface. Great being able to combine intermittent fasting with calories/nutrition tracker and mini challenges. Was having trouble trying to connect my Garmin, customer services were super helpful and efficient, all sorted. Love this app and would highly recommend it.
4 ★The food tracking and recipes are great. Would be a 5 start rating but I feel the fasting option lacks flexibility. For example I practice 18:6 fasting through the week and a longer 36 hour fast over the weekend but there is no option to add custom times. If I'm wrong any guidance would be great and I'll swiftly update to 5 stars!
1 ★I'm really not satisfied, I bought the premium membership to track net carbs, and it doesn't even offer it? Vague marketing. A very poorly constructed app. Very limited vegan keto recipes, only about three. "Keto challenge" has different challenges everyday so it's not consistent and it doesn't offer a vegan option. Also the app does not alert you if you have unhealthy and dangerous goals nor when you're eating excessively little - basically no preventative measures for EDs. A big 👎
3 ★The free app won't do net carbs. And adding a food sucks. It makes you choose ounces and then you can't adjust it correctly. Like an ounce is 4 pieces. It will just add as 4 ounces? Oh well. All in all its a pretty good tracking app
2 ★Great app, but I was expecting more substantial feature updates over the past 6 months (only minor updates, and only to Intermittent Fasting), considering the monthly subscription. The fact that you can't input stuff offline, some GUI inputs and actions which are clunky, and most of all slow feature updates brings it to a 2 star rating for the subscription version.
