5 ★I have never been so relaxed so quickly. Alcohol couldn't do that for me. Next thing I know, nearly an hour had gone by and I was startled out of my hypnotic state by something from the outside world... I WILL be using this again! Good choice in the background music and in the hypnotist's voice.
2 ★I find it very repulsive that he repeats "every time I mention deep sleep..." part. For some reason it makes me want to reject his suggestion. Also, the idea of imagining a ball of light moving across my body doesn't work. In fact, it causes more uneasiness than relaxation.
