1 ★Plugged in pawbo today on a whim, was able to connected to my wifi via the app, however it only works when my phone is connected to same wifi network. Doesn't work when phone is off wifi and using 5G what is the point if I can not only use it when I am home. Supposed to be able to check on the babies when I'm on vacation or work, totally still useless. I gave it another chance, epic fail.
1 ★I just bought the device at my local Walmart I thought it's be a good way to see my animals when I'm not home I wasn't expecting I have bought a piece of junk that only works with older model phones and not up-to-date with the new ones I am very disappointed and I will be buying a different brand of dog/cat camera I can't believe that it's still offer to sell these off the shelves knowing they are not up to date I will be returning it tomorrow to get my money back I seen Amazon camsthatarebetter

1 ★I have to return mine, never got to use it. It's not compatible with a Samsung S 22! I find that weird 😕
1 ★Not sure if it's the app or the device but the app rarely works when not using WiFi on mobile. Which means, it only works when I'm at home, using the same network on pawbo and mobile
4 ★Works while I'm at home but not while I'm away. I have cellular data and a wifi connection at work but it keeps saying "connection failed". Will adjust rating if this is resolved. *Edit- seems to work after reseting the pawbo and updating the software.*
