Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

1 ★They've given up on this app. I used to love it. Bugs reported and not being fixed.
3 ★Doesn't have the option to manually load in what is in my refrigerator when generating a meal plan for the week. Searching individual ingredients and looking at recipies to try and use them up is tedious. The options for batch meals and what meals are eaten later doesn't seem to work right. I often end up with too many meals for the week and have to manually remove them. Lastly the app doesn't consider which meals should be saved for later. Some of their suggestions aren't good as leftovers.
1 ★time to update - couldn't find a way to provide feedback in the app. measurements are all wrong - pretty sure my smoothie calls for more than 1 tsp of blueberries (it says 0 servings as well - once I updated to 1 servings amounts looked correct. noticed this in the shopping part too - it said 0 tsp used in 1 recipes for a lot of them
3 ★I've been enjoying this app, however for some reason today all the navigation buttons are GONE. I can't scroll through the days, can't print the grocery list etc. It's also not working in the website. Very frustrating!
1 ★It's a wonderful idea but the recipe selection is designed for a wealthy person with no taste buds.
1 ★Idk about the non-vegan options, but the vegan options are repetitive, bland, sad and not very nutrient dense. The volume of food that makes up a serving is physically impossible for me to eat in one meal. Even if it was absolutely delicious (it's not) I could not make my self eat it all. Also I have a hard time finding the motivation to cook. I need the end result to feel like was worth the effort I put into making it. Beans and veggies with salt and like one herb isn't going to cut it.
1 ★There is no prediabetic option. Diabetes runs in my family, so I have to eat low carb. There is no low carb option.
1 ★Used playejoy 3 years ago and gave it 5 stars. Was fantastic. Just signed back up and it's absolutely garbage. Have tried changing settings, changing dietary restrictions, new menus... Everything repeats. Good meals have been deleted from the app. Keto option is gone. I can not for the life of me get 3 meals in a menu that I'm interested in. Delete and new menu...5 out of 6 meals will be the same ones I wanted swapped. Awful.
1 ★I've used platejoy for years. I used to love it but some of these updates have really made my experience frustrating. It will ask for preferences and then completely ignore your choices. For example, selecting that you want fewer recipes for more days and then it gives you a different recipe for each day! The recipe variety has also decreased and the app can be really slow.
1 ★Ignores food preferences. Keeps showing me recipes containing ingredients such as dairy & onions which I have set to avoid. I also wanted an app that builds recipes from what I already have in my pantry, not go out and buy 5 kinds of oil. Also no diet plans preferences such as a low sugar diet, GERD, low FODMAP, Atkins, etc. It's basically an expensive recipe book.
