Known bug:When UniClip is run the first time, for some reason, it doesn't sync. To fix this all you have to do is stop the UniClip service by clicking 'Stop UniClip' and then starting it again by clicking 'Start UniClip'. That should fix it. Rest assured, the developer is working on the fix.
