1 ★WORST app ever created. Constantly freezes or says "not authorized by your service provider" even though I'm literally watching an NBC channel IN MY LOCAL LINEUP. As I wrtite this I just did an update/restarted my device- same b.s.
1 ★All of a sudden this app does not work. It just buffers with the 3 dots and will not open. Fix it quickly!!! Frustrating!!! 😱

1 ★Found Days of our lives and give me a chance to catch up on my favorite soap. I'm sure I will be able to find some of my other favorite shows that I like and used to watch. 1 ★Good app with good content. 1 star so maybe they'll take note. Offer low res or ?.. I have no issues with any apps w galaxy s9+/ 100gbps. NBC APP however runs SLOW spins for 1-5 minutes to load. Then 2-30 minutes to LOAD a SHOW. Are you kidding?!!!!! No ones screencasting hardly 240p would be great. Not sure their problem but mine is taking 20 minutes to load 1 SHOW. Its not occasional, its 80% of the time. Im watching 1 season and probably deleting. Netflix would go under with these standards.

2 ★I am so frustrated. We bought Roku and signed up for NBC so we could have live news, etc. We moved to a different state and I have lost the paper I had saved passwords on. I have tried multiple times to change the password, sign up for a new profile. Something. I cannot even get a link for a password reset sent to my email. And no, it isn't in my spam folder. I need help to get this done. I need a live person to talk to, not endless loops of drop-down that aren't what I need!
