Plataforma compuesta principalmente por una aplicación móvil de muy fácil manejo para la administración, gestión de créditos y cobros a tus clientes. Permite crear cobradores y asociarles rutas, de esta manera puedes llevar un control sobre tu trabajo o el de tus empleados. Para tener respaldo y seguridad de la información la base de datos es almacenada en la nube, se da soporte para resolver dudas, inquietudes y mejoras de la App.Una de sus principales características es poder crear y administrar tus cobradores desde la licencia de Jefe.
Con esta aplicación puedes hacer lo siguiente entre otras funcionalidades:
- Crear rutas.
- Registrar clientes.
- Crear tus cobradores.
- Asignar 1 ruta a cada cobrador.
- Crear crédito a tus clientes.
- Registrar los abonos hechos por tus clientes.
- Ver los movimientos de tus cobradores seleccionando entre fechas.
- Administración de caja de cada persona.
- Ver listados detallados de créditos y pagos.
- Ver saldos general y por rutas.
- Ver tus ganancias de los créditos ya cancelados por fechas.
- Registrar gastos.
- Configurar la app para ocultar los clientes que van realizando el pago.
- Configurar la app para ver solo los clientes que tienen pagos pendientes para el día actual.
- Ver tu fecha de corte en el menú "Mi fecha de corte".
- Ingresar como Jefe o como Cobrador en cualquier dispositivo android.
- Enviar el estado de cuenta a tus clientes por whatsapp.
- Enviar el estado de cuenta a tus clientes por correo.
- Enviar el estado de cuenta a tus clientes por mensaje de texto.
- Imprimir el estado de cuenta mediante impresora bluetooth.
