3 ★This is an average app. To become a truly mobile payment app, it should be able to make payments to all parties including Dhiraagu services and also transfer money to bank accounts. Furthermore, all transaction charges should be displayed if there is any.

1 ★Sad to say, It can not be installed in laptops and PC. Their m faisa is an useless boring and irritating app. It will ask us to put money in their app and to keep it in our m faisa account, they will ask us to go many places like treasure play.

1 ★Keeps crashing all the time. Very wasteful since the update

3 ★Found a bug in Ooredoo app, the app does not change its features and informations when changed from Prepaid to Postpaid. Had to logout and get new OTP to reflect the changes.

1 ★Ap extremely buggy. Keep getting logged out and can't login due to otp error. Says max otp reached and to wait a while.

1 ★Never shows instant bill payment, it only refreshes a day or two later, have paid the same amout twice for the same month now, this app is as shi**y as your service!!

5 ★New update has an issue.. there is a never ending buffering problem. everytime has to close the app and ope again. the buffering starts as i switch from selfcare to mfaisa or any other thing from app. please resolve

4 ★I would like to have the availability to activate data packages or recharge my account even when I don't have a data package activated. Else we are forced to use some other wifi or hotspot for that.

5 ★User interface is much better than before. I have only two question, is moolee only available for ooredoo customers? and the why is the number availability on moolee sims shows blank for every number I write?

4 ★For me this app is better than dhiraagu app reload timing is also better since dhiraagu app takes over 20 minutes to send the recharge balance. Data recharging is also easier
