La app recibirá notificaciones de los eventos a los que haya sido invitado el padre de familia y podrá consultar la información general del evento.
Ayuda a tu colegio a la organización y dale más seguridad a tus hij@s. Una vez que recibas la notificación de que has sido invitado a un evento por parte del colegio, presiona asistir para confirmar tu asistencia, en ese momento el colegio sabrá que asistirás y contemplará todo lo necesario para tu presencia. Revisa si el evento es para 1, 2 ó más personas, de ser así, también menciona en la app cuantas personas asistirán contigo para generar un pase QR y sean contempladas por parte del colegio.
En todo momento y a la hora que lo decidan, tendrás la oportunidad de revisar eventos, comunicados, y notificaciones.
Con el calendario inteligente, podrás agendar los diferentes eventos que te lleguen en manera de notificación, con esto siempre tendrás presente la fecha y hora de la invitación.
¿Olvidaste la invitación o tu acceso al evento? No te preocupes, con Axit ya no es necesario cargar con invitaciones o pulseras de acceso, simplemente activa el código QR para accesar y listo.
Al llegar a la puerta del plantel, con o sin invitados, abre Axit y genera tu código QR, que servirá como pase de acceso, muéstralo en el lector y en ese momento la persona encargada de la admisión verá en pantalla todos tus datos generales y el número de acompañantes que registraste, y les dará el acceso. Con esto el colegio reforzará la seguridad y agilizará el ingreso al plantel
Axit no solo es para eventos, en cualquier momento que lo desees puedes tener comunicación con tu colegio, y a su vez ellos contigo, llevando acabo ese enlace entre ambos.
Cabe mencionar que Axit nunca recabará datos personales, y solo el colegio será dueño y podrá administrarlos.
