1 ★The worst app in the history of humankind

1 ★Buggy app, station hard to find. Costs another 1,5€ (twice)

3 ★The app got better since 2022. App logs me out for no reason. Locking procedure is slow and you have to be very careful if the lock does not locks because the timer ticks. The timer is another thing, the UI is not intuitive. I cannot figure out what the timer counts. I usually use it for 10/15 minutes, I park it sometimes and the timer without any label show something I have no clue at all. I try to stay within 30 mins always. The condition of the bikes is poor, hard to find good ones...

1 ★Appaling app. Appaling bikes, more oftem than not working, and appalimg customer service. Avoid at all costs.

1 ★Doesn't work at all "roaming not allowed with bike ..." every time, no further explanation, very frustrating. Please refund my useless day ticket.

1 ★App worked perfectly for a month but now no one is able to pay the subscription, payment just fails. They even charge the monthly subscription but since we can't pay for it, the account is inactive and we cant use it! Customer service is not responding! I know of at least 5 people who have the same problem, so we all cant use the bikes anymore.

1 ★Does not work, cannot reset passcode and customer services nonexistent. 3 weeks multiple attempts and no pin, no response. Hopeless backward step for Las Palmas city and damaging for tourism.

1 ★I've given up waiting for the pin to arrive via sms, and this is only to register an account. If this is representative of the app in general, then it is a waste of time. I'll will rent a bike for €10 for the day from a local store.
