3 ★It works fine, it's nice to be able to do a cooling boost with my fans while gaming without having to tab out to open the MSI control center on my laptop. I just don't know if it's working as intended with the need to reconnect it to the computer every time you use it. I have to keep the app open when I want to control my laptop, otherwise I have to re-connect it before I can use it.
2 ★The app works but the app itself needs some polishing. Icons are stretched and distorted. The text for profiles is missing entirely. Fan speed is missing for fan #3 and the app disconnects every time you use it, making you scan the QR code. Its a handy app, just needs some love.

4 ★I could connect it easily, when it ask for ip address. Just go to your command prompt, type ipconfig and there your ip address just input it
1 ★No better than the laptop! Had it for 1 year. They had it TWICE, for over a month, both times. Changed SSD memory both times, which means I lost everything! Had backups of most. NOW I GET A BLUE SCREEN 3 OR 4 TIMES / DAY. I have had 9 different computers since 1981. Computers generally have gotten better over the years. THIS MSI LAPTOP IS BY FAR THE WORST ! ! !
3 ★It works great for its purpose, but doesn't require any form of authentication whatsoever, which poses a security risk. I don't want anyone to change my current fan mode just because they have my IP.
1 ★I successfully scan the QR code and then proceeded to input the ip it has under the QR code,doesn't work. I then try 2 different ip addresses and you wouldn't believe it.. still doesn't work. This app would have been very convenient, enfasis on "Would".
5 ★Works great! For all the people complaining that the app freezes, try updating your software on your pc, I had the same issue with app freezing when trying to scan, then updated everything and it works beautifully.
