2 ★This app used to be good, i could track my mileage, schedule my appointments and all that stuff now. I can barely do much, it won't even allow me to schedule a simple alignment which i have been trying to do since 12/5/2019. It keeps taking me back to the original page. Fix the bugs plz. Will probably uninstall soon.
1 ★The update is horrible. For years I was able to keep up with my service history and now it has been wiped clear. When I try to add it back by phone number there is a glitch with the button. Please fix ASAP because it is useless now.
1 ★I used the app mainly to track my mileage. No, as stated, my vehicle doesn't do it. Quite a bit irritated with the new update. The shop already does a great job of helping me keep track of my services - really don't need the app for that.
1 ★Installed app to make an appointment for repairs. App shows appointment scheduled. Arrive at shop at scheduled time and date and am informed "oh....we aren't taking online appointments today. We can schedule you for two days from now." No thank you, that is terrible. I'll take my business elsewhere. As for the Firestone app.....deleted.
1 ★Everytime I schedule an appointment through the app, it never schedules the appointment at the time requested. Just now I scheduled an appointment for 3pm and it set the appointment for 12 pm instead. Always have to call the store to change it. Please fix!
1 ★Always get, 'Something went wrong' and 'Please try again later' so not able to book service through app. I end up having to call local store. No point in having an app if you cannot use it to schedule service. Google should allow screenshots to be uploaded as proof of app issues.
1 ★Unfortunatley after the latest update i lost years of my mileage data. There was no warning this was being removed and we were also told to backup beforehand as if this would be carried over. I no longer will be using this app which is disapointing to me because it was such a great tool.
1 ★Why does it need so many permissions? Phone calls? Is it connecting with the servers via dial-up?? Why does it need pictures, camera and microphone? I'm not sure I want the answer to that... The actual repair service is great, and I would love to use this app... But I don't want Big Brother on my phone.
1 ★I used to love this app until it performed it's own update that required me to sign back in and I forgot my password. Normally that would not be an issue but when I downloaded the app originally I used an e-mail address from a company that is no longer in business. Because of that I can't retrieve my password and have lost all of my data that I kept on the app. My biggest heartburn is I can't find a way to get help with it.
4 ★App keeps crashing after the latest update. Cannot open it. Edit - after a second uninstall/reinstall I finally got it to work. There certainly seem to be improvements for an already good app. I do wish e-coupons wouldn't automatically lead to an appointment screen.
1 ★Junk, all automated junk, it basically doesn't allow you to choose anything at all it just force feeds you what it thinks is right for your car, if you have anything out of the norm, you have to call the service center, so what's the point of this crapaapp if I still have to all to get anything done.
4 ★I'm glad they kept my service logs that I entered instead of dropping them without warning like the fuel mileage information. It does not look as basic as before but not letting users know to backup data if they want it before the remove the feature is kinda short sighted in my opinion.
