About the Space Shuttle - The world's first re-usable space craft. Conceived in the early 1970's as the successor to the Apollo Moon missions, the Shuttle is a delivery system, designed to transport payloads such as the Hubble Telescope, and most of the International Space Station, into orbit, and return for its next cargo. The delivery van is the Orbiter - what most people call the Shuttle - which is mated with a huge external fuel tank and rocket boosters which are all jettisoned. Surviving the huge destructive forces of travelling to space and returning in usable form called for ingenious engineering compromises. The Shuttle is a rocket for the first part of its life, then morphs into a plane for the return journey.

Works with Google Cardboard - To fully enjoy this app you'll need a Cardboard viewer. Learn more and get your own Cardboard viewer at http://g.co/cardboard.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

1 ★Would not start
4 ★Saw this mentioned in the G+ community and checked it out, hoping it'd work for my son, who loves the space shuttle. I tried it out first and was impressed by the menu system and then the quality of the pictures. A couple areas for improvement would be maybe having some voice narration explaining what you're seeing, since my son can't yet read, and something to indicate that you need to select one of the "bubbles" rather than the general area to start a tour. My son, BTW, loved it.
5 ★It's really cool to see the Space Shuttle from up close in VR. App works like a charm on my note 4, recommended!
5 ★Great app for all ages!
5 ★Fantastic. Works great on a Nexus 5 + viewmaster.
3 ★Initially it's fascinating and you get a fantastic impression of the sheer scale of the assembly plant. Looking around is interesting enough, but without any accompanying information, it's not as interesting as it really could be. Sadly, after seeing all the images, there's nothing else here to keep you coming back, which really is a shame.
4 ★... but awful that NASA let's them rust
1 ★For some reason when I opened the app it decided to play an un-skip able video and ate a large portion of my small data cap. Less intrusive adds please.
2 ★Wrong orientation at start and it stayed that way
5 ★Well made and very cool set of 360 photos
