4 ★How do you move onto day 4?? I've done 3 days of squats, but I don't see day 4 popping up, do I just leave the squats now and go onto a different leg exercise?? I still give it 4 stars because I appreciate the correct form in which the person is squatting in the video. I can't give it 5 yet because I don't know how I'm supposed to move on I'd like to do more regular squats. I even bought the full access subscription.
