All of Us is a new research program from the National Institutes of Health. Our goal is simple—to speed up health research and medical breakthroughs. To do this, we’re building a community of one million people across the United States.You can use this app to enroll in the All of Us Research Program and share your health information for research.
If you join the All of Us Research Program, you will:
Register your account
Review the consent
Agree to share your electronic health records
Answer surveys
Update your health and lifestyle information from time to time
You also may be asked to provide physical measurements and blood and urine samples at an All of Us partner center. You might be invited to take part in other studies.
Your information will go into a large research database. Scientists can use the database to conduct studies. What they learn could improve health for generations to come.

How Your Data Will Be Used
