3 ★Basic usage is mostly reliable. However, it doesn't seem able to interface with hospital Wi-Fi to establish location. As well, when scrolling through treatment plan areas I often get booted out and have to login anew. Finally, it doesn't seem 100% reliable in updating my logins/logoffs with my main office.
4 ★The Simplicity of Generations is great. It minimizes paperwork as well as communication. I truly like the fact that I am able to get an idea of the clients disposition before entering the home.
2 ★Keeps logging me out!! It's getting really annoying by kicking me off saying i have been 120 mins inactive when i haven't cause I just logged on!! please fix!! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still didn't fix the problem!!
4 ★Its very convenient, easy to use and saves paperwork..the only thing I would want somewhat different is the length of time it takes to process log in and out. Sometimes it takes up to 3 minutes.

4 ★for the most part it's ok. if my notes take too long it will shut down on me. I usually write my notes in another app then copy and paste into this program. also, I wish that this app kept a running total of hours worked.
2 ★Very difficult to use in a poor reception area under pressure of a Very needing client and in a timely manner. Always necessary to try 2-3 times then switch to Telephony. No way in that Generations or telephony to pass on the pressured experience when working to calm the client and being cognizant of time.

5 ★It has been so easy for me since I started using this app. So good and carry all the information needed. Easy to apply and provides you with all your information when needed up to date.
2 ★Will let me clock in and do everything else I have to do but it will not always let me clock out. Very trouble some to always have to call or text my employer when I work nights and they never respond. I think the app needs a upgrade as well.
4 ★It's a very fine program except 1 thing. the recording to say full name and date goes to fast. Some people have a very hard time getting their name and dates inside that small space of recording.
