Năm 2017 công ty Landtour là công ty đầu tiên trong lĩnh vực du lịch đầu tư hệ thống báo giá Landtour và đặt dịch vụ ghép lẻ trực tuyến nhằm chuẩn bị hưởng ứng chủ đề “Du lịch Việt Nam với cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0” tại hội chợ du lịch quốc tế VITM Hà Nội năm 2018.App gồm 2 phần chính là: Phần một là dịch vụ tour ghép lẻ và phần 2 là chương trình và báo giá khách đoàn.
Phần 1: Dịch vụ ghép lẻ
Trước đây khi bán tour Cambodia ghép lẻ thì các Anh Chị cần kiểm tra với nhà cung cấp nhiều thông tin trước như: Tour ngày đó có khởi hành hay không, giá bán bao nhiêu, và ghế số mấy… phải chời đợi và bị động vì không phải bên cung cấp cũng trả lời ngay và luôn được.
Giờ đây, chỉ cần tả App Landtour về điện thoại, Anh Chị đã hoàn toàn chủ động trong việc đặt chỗ tour nào, ngày nào, giá cả, số ghế trên xe… và khi khách hủy thì Anh Chị cũng chủ động vào hủy mà không cần báo ai.
Ngoài ra, App còn giúp các Anh Chị theo dõi được các booking của mình thông qua lịch sử booking, booking nhóm khách nào đi ngày nào, số tiền bao nhiêu, booking nào đã thanh toán, booking nào chưa thanh toán
Phần 2: Dịch vụ khách đoàn.
Ở phần dịch vụ khách đoàn này, ngoài việc cung cấp Landtour Cambodia, chúng tôi còn liên kết với những nhà cung cấp Landtour ở các nước khác như: Lào, Thailand, Myanmar, Hongkong, Singapore… 100% nhà cung cấp chúng tôi liên kết đều là nhà cung cấp tốt ở nước sở tại và cùng là người Việt Nam.
