5 ★Great app, like the store! One of my fav shopping apps. Easy to navigate, great search options with useful info on every product, including coupon codes available. Great pics for the product and it keeps up even with fast scrolling. I shop online quite a bit...JCP is always in my top experiences had.
5 ★I can't afford this stores regular prices ever and even if I could, I wouldn't because I can get the same at a much lower rate. Now , when you all have these sales going on, it's awesome, even if they are a little out of my price range, I pick it up for myself or family. I do wish that we all had the same options as far as what percentage off , if you use the credit card, not everyone has or is elig for for a credit card. I love the sales..
2 ★Annoying app. It keeps asking to turn on location every time I click. We should only have to say no once. My wallet also never loads unless you turn on location. If we just want to look around we should not have to turn on our location. Will not use again until fixed.
2 ★Since the most recent update the app doesn't stay logged in to my account. Then I can't log, can't change my password. Then after several attempts I was able to change my password. The next day the same thing happened. Super frustrating; I shop here all the time for several years and have never had these issues.
1 ★You start charging shipping for pick up in store and don't inform your loyal customers. Others stores don't charge for pick up in store so I'll be shopping with them.

5 ★I love this store and the app is simple to pay my bill, order, and browse sales, when I don't have time to actually go to the store to shop! JCP quality is wonderful, especially the St John's Bay items I have purchased.💕
3 ★I shop more with this app. It showcases instant offers where I have saved on good deals. JCP earned rewards is confusing because it always says I need to activate. Im confused on the setting or if its a glitch. I get my rewards notices via email to verify, though.
3 ★Not a fan of the app tbh. I order things and never know when it will get there. Shipping to store or home takes forever. Also I don't always get the shipping discounted when I ship to store. The app glitches ALOT. Only reason it gets 3 stars is because I can pay my bill on there.
1 ★It doesn't let me get into my rewards, and it keeps telling me to verify my account and i have several times. I add things to my cart and i click on the cart and it loads nothing, it's completely blank no matter how many times i shut down my phone or exit the app
5 ★JCPenny's App is a breeze to navigate. It's so easy to make size and color selections when ordering clothing. The App is a pleasure to use.
