4 ★My needs and request were a simple and straight forward medication refill. The people I spoke with were very pleasant, and everything was completed within a matter of minutes. Internet connection was a little glitchy, but after I spoke with the Dr., the 'receptionist' called me directly to confirm all details etc.... I was happy with the service and will use it again.
1 ★Dr.kelly very unprofessional. Waste of time. Ended up waiting for 20 minutes and lazy doctor didn't even see me. Complaining to MSP. They are only there to rip off people so please don't try.
4 ★A fantastic concept and I really applaud the use of technology. The app itself is a bit rough around the edges and lacks some of the standard capabilities of other video sharing apps. Perhaps consider partnering with Zoom? Their app is rock solid. But overall the response from the planner and then the Doctor was fantastic. And not having to sit in a waiting room is amazing. Great to see we are finally using technology in ways to genuinely help people. Well done!
4 ★Used before in BC which kicked ass not having to go to clinic and wait hours but moved to Alberta and not offered yet. Do have to go to app setting and make sure the app permission is set to allow webcam and audio after installed. So hoping service offered eventually across Canada. Until then stuck in walk in clinic.
1 ★At first they couldn't see or hear me. I had my techie son look at it. My voice checks worked fine. When I contacted them again, they could see me but not hear me. I gave up.

3 ★The app itself is "okay", and I think there is a lot of potential for virtual clinics. However, my experience with the clinic was somewhat negative. I felt welcome by the "front desk", but the doctor on call did not seem to want my business and told me to see my regular physician next time.

1 ★Appears to be an application to try to get your doctor to sign up. Told me they are not a replacement for my doctor, but I was trying to change from a doctor ,whom makes me come in every 90 days for a prescription refill that I need for life and even my pharmacist says is ridiculous for flomax refills... should be prescribed for at least every year and only if he is going to do a prostate exam, which he never has done in four years...and only one psa blood test done... This is just a money grab and this service appears to be just a setup to refer you back to your own doctor if they can for a fee from him...WHY else make it hard and tell me that.... Waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, then hour to see my doctor because it is a walk-in and they ignore appointment times is not good, especially 4 times with very bad pain because of a back spinal surgery... (screaming pain, not allowed to drive) is sick. Signing up for this service worked, but they were very reluctant to renew my prescription... even though I told wanted them as my new doctor is not what they want...she wished me luck finding a new doctor accepting new patients...wow. THIS service is not what they advertise...
4 ★Have been having troubles connecting today (android galaxy s5), nearly missed my appointment. Thankfully I was with someone that let me use their iPhone (5s). Error message "Unable to connect to server"
2 ★When I installed this app, I kept getting "screen overlay detected" messages on everything. It makes it so permissions can't be changed on all sorts of different apps. Wonderful idea though. And I got what I needed without having to wait in a crowded waiting room.
5 ★Top Notch and Friendly This app honestly makes going to the doctor a pleasure. They save all of your health information, previous inputs like medications and they also have a record of every visit you've ever had that shows up as soon as you log in. They've been doing this for 30 years apparently and it really shows. It is so nice to talk to a human being face to face every time I need Care. One time they were even able to solve my problem and I didn't even need to see a doctor. So efficient.
