5 ★works great to know where my cat is when she is out during the day.
5 ★Very exciting neighborhood info. Now I'm buying a dozen of these trackers, kicking all my fat cats outside. and watching where they go. More excited than even YitTok!
2 ★Since the new update the app has become substantially worse. There are now like 5 minute delays with the notifications. When our cat gets home the notification is late, same when she leaves again. And superlive now takes more time to load and when it finally loads it still needs to slowly pinpoint the actual location. And sometimes my own position is way off now, bouncing and rotating around. And more issues that make the app less pleasant but I can't fit them all in this review. Please fix..
1 ★Used to be ok but since some recent "maintenance" work both trackers I own randomly disconnect. What's annoying is the so called support line just trot outt their scripted responses with no acknowledgement that there's a more fundamental issue. It’s no good ignoring what I say and just keep telling me for the umpteenth time "here is how you reset your tracker"! Avoid for now Re your reply. This sort of sums up the the issue, if you look at recent jistory the trackers regaulary drop in and out

5 ★Great tracker which includes uncommon countries in Asia. I use it in Vietnam and my dog is much safer here. Working time of batter could be better. Otherwise then that it's the best tracker for my needs.
4 ★I love the app. Sometimes my phone has a trouble connecting to the satellites but not too often.
