1 ★Just updated it on my Android now it's telling me there's no internet connection !!
1 ★Now no skip button. But worse it won't let me login on my A21S
1 ★Great content but navigation is dreadful. What's the point in having a side menu when for most of the time it's not accessible. Also, there always seems to be at least one technical issue. Content 5 stars, app 1 star. It's a shame we can't give negative scores, it's that bad. Example: I was viewing the Championship table and had to touch the screen 7 times in order to view League 1. It's appalling.
1 ★Updates won't install. Have to totally uninstal then reinstall from.
3 ★Decent app, but you really need to put a 'home' button at the top of the screen, next to the back arrow. It's a pain in the neck trying to navigate back through multiple screens to get back to home page. I've resorted to just closing and reopening the app. Feels like it'd be a very easy task for a developer, and would greatly improve UX.
2 ★Audio commentaries (for example county cricket) are not working well for me. The commentary stops after a few minutes - which is not helpful, especially if driving. sometimes there is an error saying that this media isn't working - try again. On other occasions when the audio has stopped the app appears to have jumped back to its home page, and I have to navigate back to find the game I was listening to. In previous years a good alternative was the BBC Live Event cricket streams on TuneIn but the Beeb seems to have abandoned them in 2021.
3 ★Blinding app - same as all BBC apps need dark modes please!
1 ★Just comes up with "something went wrong" error every time I open it. Happens on multiple devices. I suspect it's because I block tracking cookies and other dodgy stuff. Which means this is doing dodgy stuff. Avoid
2 ★It was good for f1 but now the commentary stops as soon as the screen goes to sleep which is every 10 minutes on my Samsung and can't be extended or disabled. Vs your guidance I don't have battery saver turned on. Please fix this as its ruining the app.
5 ★The new revised app is such an improvement over the last incarnation. Great to use....many thanks for listening to the issues mentioned here .
1 ★Good app but unless you create an account, which I don't need or want, you're greeted with an annoying splash screen everytime you open.
2 ★Used to be good. Custom feed showed what I wanted. Now I'm getting shown nonsense about baseball and rowing. Not interested and can't get rid!
