สุขภาพของเรานั้นไม่ใช่แค่ของเรา แต่เป็นหนึ่งในสุขภาพหนึ่งเดียวที่ประกอบไปด้วยสุขภาพคน สุขภาพสัตว์ และ สิ่งแวดล้อม การร่วมกันเฝ้าระวังเหตุผิดปกติทางสุขภาพในพื้นที่เหล่านี้จึงมีความสำคัญในการเสริมศักยภาพให้ระบบสุขภาพปัจจุบันมีความเข้มแข็งขึ้น“ดูดีดี” จะเป็นช่องทางให้ประชาชนทั่วไปสามารถรายงานข้อมูลเหตุผิดปกติทางสุขภาพคน สุขภาพสัตว์ และ สิ่งแวดล้อม โดยรายงานนั้นจะเป็นข้อมูลประกอบการตอบสนองของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยผู้ใช้สามารถเลือกที่จะรายงานแบบแสดงตัวตนหรือรายงานแบบนิรนามก็ได้
ปัจจุบัน “ดูดีดี” เปิดให้ผู้ใช้รายงานเหตุการณ์ในพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ได้เท่านั้น อย่างไรก็ตามผู้ใช้ในพื้นที่อื่นสามารถสมัครสมาชิกไว้ได้ เมื่อ “ดูดีดี” เปิดให้ใช้งานในพื้นที่อื่น “ดูดีดี” จะทำการแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้ทราบต่อไป
