Ved hjelp av appen kan du sjekke inn på utvalgte turmål for å registrere at du har gjennomført turene.Denne pilotutgaven av "UT på tur"-appen inneholder kun turkonseptet "Opp24" som går ut på å besøke den høyeste toppen i hver kommune i Sør-Trøndelag.
Du registrerer deg med navn og e-postadresse. I appen finner du beskrivelser og kart for de utvalgte turmålene. Når du er maks 200 meter fra målet kan du sjekke inn. Du kan sjekke inn flere ganger på samme turmål, men med minst 24 timers mellomrom.
