1 ★I ordered medicine on 25th Dec and on 28th, they said they are not able to get the medicines and refund was initiated. .But, till today(12th jan 2021) , refund is not credited back. .Ticket was closed stating it will reflect in 48hours. .Ticket id : MNTK10456. Here I have seen many others also faced same issue. Think before you order medicines here

1 ★They seems to be fraud. My order, for which I have paid in full, is in pending confirmation status for last 4 days. I raised a ticket MNTK10211 and got a response that they will confirm in one day, however it is not yet confirmed. This is simply cheating on the customer. They are not reachable on phone contact they have provided. If you don't have resources, why do you start such businesses... Update: Got the refund, but still this is not a good practice to attract customer just 4 your greed.

1 ★I placed order on 26th Dec 2020 and Mednear canceled the order on 4th Jan 2021 saying not in stock. I want refund for 652.01 and seriously there is hardly any way to reach you guys. My order number is MNP254834. I want my money back asap.

1 ★Even one star is waste for this, , no customer support, one I contacted about product I ordered, they replied after that , the disabled the chatting option for me, I already paid, there is no response, it's worst app , and worst service They are showing products, which are not available, after I ordered and paid for item, after that they are saying product is not available, we are contacting seller, worst services , I have never faced this type issue in any medical services app
