Nail service policies (applied for local premises only):
- Client’s Duty
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergy (to lotion, hand cream, nail polish, oil, nail polish fume….) pregnancy or medications you are taking, and any changes since your last treatment. If client have a serious medical condition, we might to refuse the service.
- Payment
We don’t take forms of credit cards and non-pin debit cards, cheques.
- Refunds
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make. However, if you feel not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will happily adjust them to your satisfaction. Absolutely no cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
- Guarantee
Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days from painting. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first five days, please come for a free repair. Otherwise, It will cost you $5 per nail repair. Please be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
