3 ★Bad experience with no status of whether the delivery has begun or the eta of the delivery. I ordered a boba drink from Xingfutang and waited for a little over an hour, called the only relevant phone number (the boba shop's number) and was told that they don't know and I should contact the carrier. But there's no way for me to directly contact the delivery person on the app and it even asks me for my experience rating before I receive the product. Please improve the app or I'd just use Uber.

1 ★Nothing loads. Always says "Error". Can't log in or search. Website doesnt take reservations so there's no way to edit or change anything.

1 ★Suddenly locked my account, my account still had $600 inside, followed up so slow, nobody picked up the phone. Still not settled in this moment....

1 ★It is not for Malaysia region but the app didn't clearly write out. Such lousy app.

2 ★It doesn't give details to your orders like the time you selected for Pick Up.

1 ★Only send me reservations in Chinese. No English even though we are in Vancouver.

1 ★I've tried to delete my account multiple times by sending an email. It says in the Terms Of Service/Privacy Policy that you can delete your account by sending an email. It is the ONLY way to do delete an account. I've sent multiple emails in multiple months and no reply. DO NOT INSTALL if you aren't 100% sure you need this app.

1 ★They increased all the prices for places like Chatime and now the prices don't make sense. Preying on people who can't go out because of the pandemic, and putting a premium on that is predatory. I thought Snappy was a great app, but now I'm having second thoughts about using this app again. Do you think $7-9 for a boba drink makes sense during a pandemic? Shame on you guys. I'm honestly so disappointed.

3 ★A decent app if you are reservations or picking up. However, it should not be used for delivery purposes. It does not give you any status update about when your order would arrive or who is bring the order. Also it does not tell you whether it has been picked up yet. The app uses a third party delivery service (ie Uber Eats, or Doordash) so you are better off using those apps instead. The silver lining is using for pick up orders, it will tell you your status and will not make you think that your order is somewhere else.

2 ★Constant errors in retrieving order information. I am keeping my fingers crossed for my order to be processed correctly but I will constantly worry until I've received my order. I will uninstall this app as soon as I pick up my order until you fix it. Apps that handle people's money should not be so buggy!
