Description
Diese App ist eine Ergänzung zur Gefährdungsbeurteilung Online (GBO) der Berufsgenossenschaft Handel und Warenlogistik (BGHW) im Internet und kann nur in Verbindung mit dieser genutzt werden. Die GBO im Internet gliedert sich in drei Schritte: Abbilden der Firmenstruktur, Beurteilung von Gefährdungen und Dokumentation.Diese App bietet mobilen Zugriff auf den Beurteilungsteil der GBO. Um Inhalte über die App abrufen und Fragen beantworten zu können, muss in der Online-Anwendung zunächst die Firmenstruktur abgebildet werden. Über die App können dann die entsprechenden Fragenkataloge abgerufen und Gefährdungen in jedem Bereich mobil und damit vor Ort im Gespräch mit den Beschäftigten oder im Rahmen von Begehungen diskutiert und beurteilt werden. Über QR-Tags, die aus der Online-Anwendung heraus erzeugt werden können, lässt sich schnell und gezielt auf einzelne Bereiche zugreifen. In der Online-Anwendung lassen sich ebenfalls QR-Tags für einen zeitlich begrenzten Zugang (lesend und/oder schreibend) auf die Gefährdungsbeurteilung erzeugen, die mit der App einfach eingelesen werden können. Fotos, die im Zusammenhang mit der Gefährdungsbeurteilung gemacht werden, können den jeweiligen Fragestellungen zugeordnet, per Mail versandt und später zur Nachbereitung im Zusammenhang mit den Fragestellungen abgerufen werden.
