L’authentique est un lieu où le produit est roi au moins autant que le client. La carte de saison vous attend et avec elle ses poissons du jour, ses viandes copieuses et leurs accompagnements gourmands.
Pour notre carte des vins, nous avons choisi de travailler avec des vignerons indépendants. Gourmands de nouveautés, nous partons souvent à la recherche de petites appellations mal connues ou carrément méconnues. Renouvelée très régulièrement, notre carte brasse les principales régions viticoles de France, avec un penchant marqué pour les vignobles languedociens et rhônalpins.
Nous organisons (sur réservation) des cours d'œnologie. Vous pourrez ainsi vous familiariser dans une ambiance détendue aux techniques du vin. La soirée se décompose en deux parties : 1.Initiation aux différents principes de la vinification 2. Initiation aux senteurs et la dégustation du vin. Par la suite découverte à l'aveuglette de plusieurs vignerons indépendants, tout cela accompagné de charcuteries et fromages affinés.
