Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★If you're using this just for the fitbit, skip it. I've been using the app everyday for about 4 months now, logging my food, logging weight every single day and never got one. If you're looking for basic information about health that is really common knowledge, then it's great. It's also probably good for people not tech savvy and just want a simple app. Otherwise I'd skip it.
1 ★1 star because it needs a lot of work with updating meals, exercise and sleeping. It isn't accurate in the data it gives you especially fat and sugar. Exercise, I can't figure out how to sync my phone and Garmin watch to the app. This shouldn't be a problem these days. On the sleeping, it doesn't get my data correct, ever! I wake up and 2 hours after I have recorded it asks if I recorded my sleep. I want to love it because they have amazing customer service.
1 ★Terrible implementation of an AI. Straightforward decision trees on the stuff it does (e.g. person eats bread, tell them how carbs are bad). There are other apps that do the meal or steps or sleep thing and provide better feedback. Which leads to the 2nd problem. Its super needy. Sleep, weight, every meal, steps, etc have to be given to it regularly. Which shows it's 3rd problem, its a clunky, frustrating UI. The "chat" is not a chat. It''s a multiple choice quiz masqeurading as a conversation.
5 ★This app is really user friendly. It reminds you to get active..log your meals.. it tracks your sleep patterns. Tons of help and useful info to cheer ya along. The scale is extremely accurate and easy to use. I could not get the scale to sync to the app. I emailed support on a sunday evening. My scale was fixed and syncing by Monday mid morning. Highly recommend Lark!
1 ★Very frustrating that it freezes up. I have to restart my phone whenever I open the app because all it has is a white screen and won't let me go back!... Today 4/22/22 I tried to reinstall the app, it won't let me log in or set up an account. No one seems to fix the issues with the app. I wouldn't pay for this app, only from insurance am I trying it!!!
5 ★Absolutely one of the best apps out there. Aside from purely motivational, within 3 weeks I've lost 6 lbs....not because I felt I had to, but because this app motivated me enough to WANT to. I've earned a free smart scale (and received it in just a matter of three days upon my initial order), just placed my order for my free fitbit, and the app works wonderful now since the latest update. Support staff are responsive and provided a fix and response for the issues I faced immediately. Wonderful, and ten stars if I could! 👍🏻
2 ★I've spent hours on this app trying to use it & nearing the end of trying to use it. 1. The app will not connect to the devices Lark sent, so all readings are entered manually. 🙄 2. It doesn't/can't track Pulse (which is a key datapoint in high BP and weight loss).🤯 3. The bot overwrites/ misinterpreted sleep data. 4. I've reached out to support numerous times. I'm in HIT, and CLEARLY, this isn't ready for prime-time deployment. If this is a good example of AI, we're all doomed. 😆
3 ★Decided to try this because it was available via a work health program. It's really not that great. It wants to track all my meals, mood, sleep, feeling. It feels like a total waste of time to have this track your food. You cannot reflect back on it to see what you ate, it assumes ingredients, it has no barcode lookup like other apps, and the serving sizes seem odd. If I say certain items it always assumes it's high in saturated fat regardless of actual ingredients. Doesn't seem helpful.
2 ★The app is okay. But if you make a mistake with an entry it's hard to fix. Also, the food tracking isn't very accurate. It doesn't matter how vague or specific you word things, the app will find something wrong with it that isn't accurate. Example was Kodiak brand flapjack power protein cup was marked bad for being a soda. 🙄 when I weighed myself, despite the scale showing it sent the information, it was hours before it showed up on the app. Overall disappointing. Other apps do better.
1 ★This app crashes regularly. Once it crashes I get notices that it has stopped every few seconds until I uninstall it. When I reinstall it, it works for about twenty minutes then crashes again. You can't manually enter data, for example from a pedometer that isn't linked to a phone. It uses slang that is slanted toward a generation less than half my age. I'm in the target demographic, so why doesn't it treat me like a grownup?
3 ★I initially struggled to do the "set up" of this app after being pointed to it by my medical insurance. However, once I got by some graphical glitches and quirks, I've found Lark to be pretty useful. The interface is intuitive, and I love throwing in my meals without having to finesse the macros to exacting specificity. Lark is probably good for beginners to their health journey - people who aren't currently tracking what they're eating or how much activity they are getting in a given day.
2 ★Unignorable Bugs. You need to weigh yourself every week with their special scale which does not connect to the app. The instructions from support are useless since they reiterate what the manual says, "Press the + sign". All that does is track the scale shipment. After that it's useless. And since you can't get the scale to work, you are disqualified for the fitbit. This app needs BIG TIME work. It's not even accurate.
