1 ★Downloaded it because my health insurance gives me a reward incentive. Dietary advice is grain heavy and wants you to limit saturated fat - which doesn't work if your diet is protein focused - a necessity for over 40 women. I lift weights every other day and on my rest day, it tells me I'm not getting enough activity. It's not coaching, it's a slow app designed to look like there's someone texting you. But you can't respond back. And you can't enter your accurate food tracking. Demotivating.

2 ★Slow, clunky, gets food ingredients wrong, and doesn't track activity without having to manually enter it even though it asks for rights to access all of my apps that track my data. Only using it because of my insurance. Oh, and advice is terrible and tells me to go against my doctor's orders. Hey, at least I got a new scale.

3 ★I like that it has a "coach". However, it seems to glitch when it links out to a survey and doesn't seem to record the responses. It would be more helpful to have direct feedback regarding meals.

4 ★This is my 2nd time thru. First time, I got locked out of the account for some reason. After about 6 mos. the IT support team finally deleted my account and I signed up again. This time, I am having difficulty staying motivated. The AI itself is good, but I am a little soured right now.

1 ★Had to uninstall then reinstall...works now. Why does it always have 0 steps for me if it's "supposedly" synced to my fit but??? I'm not emailing anyone anything! It's supposed to be syncing and it's not...not one step!

2 ★Freezing up, slow, blank screen and won't load. It's been updated.

5 ★This app will help keep you motivated and encourage you to try to eat better and get out and move.

4 ★So this is the end of Lark dated 02-04-2025. I don't know what happened, but the user friendly AI bot died for the past 4 days. So bye bye Lark- it was good while it lasted. Uninstall and instal- Lark you are back from the little 4 day tantrum. Rating change 4 stars. I enjoy the personalized attention from the AI coach. My data does not sync with GOOGLE Fit app and would love to have a free activity measuring device that syncs the data. The free scale is super. Thanks for this free benefit.

1 ★Annoying and no matter what you do there's always going to be wrong with it. You can't give it real answers only selective answers only. Drove me nuts! I had it for just over a week before I deleted it. I do not recommend this app. I only received the scale. Watch didn't come until after 12wks. I couldn't deal any longer. Not worth it to me. There's other apps and programs that are less annoying. Keep searching.
