1 ★If I could give this a negative star, I would. I have the Myzone switch and it repeatedly loses my heart rate during a workout and recently I've lost entire workouts because the sync doesn't work. I'm going to get a Garmin
4 ★No matter how often I name my workouts, the next time I open the app, my workouts have been renamed 'workout'. Also, Myzone DO NOT reply to email queries. Sad really! However, they send you an email asking if you're happy with the result of their help? Didn't get any, there wasn't an earlier email. Pathetic!
4 ★edit: functional again after 2 days. love it when its working, hate it when your device starts to get low on battery. Worked great for years, then after the most recent update constantly disconnected during my last workout and now the app won't launch. Reinstalling, clearing cache, etc won't work. myzone website also nonfunctional for any support! Help! I don't want to lose my statua
1 ★unless you are drenched in sweat the unit does not register its in use. beats the purpose to get sweaty while using it DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

1 ★update: I'm a hall of fame status and been using this myzone for over 5 years. Presently have the switch, using at Lifetime but it constantly disconnects. I'm not on any console just using it for workouts. it drops constantly the past 2 months, no matter outside, inside, wifi or not, it's getting worse. CSR try to help yet no help at all. It's the device BOT is useless. At this time, I do NOT recommend. One stars as it is a great concept but rarely works. I may look for another heart monitor.
5 ★edit: they apparently listen to feedback the new UI for naming things is much better. Still asks, but has reasonable defaults. old review: They now ask where the HR monitor is every time. Why can't it just be a default? Why can't I turn off it asking all the time and just assume defaults. I can edit later if I want to.
