1 ★Zero Coaches in Jacksonville FL for Baseball. Wow! You guys are really failing on your marketing. Baseball and Football are huge here. Why is this?
2 ★Why does the app reset the search if you turn the phone sideways or if you move too much??
1 ★Extremely inefficient. No way to BECOME a coach. Odd.
1 ★Terrible interface. I cant even figure out how to register as a coach on here.
2 ★Love coachup service. Android app not so great. Specifically, proposed times don't match what was actually proposed (e.g., a proposal for 1pm might actually come across as a 3am proposal due to what appears to be a bug in how the app handles time zones or something), messages that get sent show with different time stamps later, so unclear when the message was actually sent.
1 ★This app started off good but then customer service ruined it. My account was suspended for not accepting lessons that were roughly 2 hours away. I explained my case with no response and still suspended. STAY AWAY
2 ★Had a wonderful experience with my running coach. Due to how far away she is, I am stuck with not being able to use my sessions I paid for. There are no running coaches in my area, and due to my sessions expiring in 2-3 months, I decided to bite the bullet and donate my remaining sessions to the student program they offered in an email. I cannot get a response from cs and I am literally asking them to just take my money. Very disappoint customer service and zero flexibility on refund policy.
5 ★Super easy and we found a great coach. I would recommend this app to everyone.
