文化大學電視推播採用開放式最新的OTT (Over The Top)影音推播平台技術，建置電視推播影音平台。校內資訊傳播平台可播放宣導影片、校園頻道、天氣、校園公告等實用訊息等，並可對任一播放點做指定訊息露出與插播串流影片等。安裝後，需有序號與驗證，方可使用。電視推播平台內容包含
(1)跑馬燈資訊管理:
與學校跑馬燈連動每小時自動更新，另可手動透過跑馬燈管理介面更新內容。
(2)頻道排程管理：
後台管理系統，提供執行業管單位內容上架與下架管理介面。
(3)播放點管理：
管理者可對任一播放點進行頻道切換和節目排程更動。
(4)系統監控機制:
提供系統監控，可查看每個播放點的狀態與日誌記錄。
(5)網路直播管理:
可選擇部份或全部播放器進行直播播放。
(6)版型選擇:
提供多種標準版型選擇，可分割成多個區塊，主要畫面區塊播放不同的內容(影片、圖片、即時串流)。每個區塊畫面可一次加入多個圖片檔案及URL。
