5 ★Love this app. A great and easy way to keep track of the cigars I have had and what is in my humidors. Also like the rating system and social network
3 ★Just got the app (3-5-20) so I'm going to check it out and see if it's worth having. So far I like it.........(UPDATE)......Here we are not even 2 weeks later (3-18-20) and the app has already crapped out. The scanner feature is NOT working properly and has not worked since the update 2 days ago. The search feature also not working properly. Kinda sucks right at the moment.
5 ★Everything about the app works great. Except the scan a barcode feature crashes everytime I try to use it. If they fix this I will readjust my rating to five stars. But until then it is unacceptable. And I have a brand new phone so I know it's not my phone. Update. They fixed the scanner and now it works on my phone so this is a great app. And the company listens and fixes issue.
4 ★I would like a little more fluidity to the cigar placement. For example, if I have a cigar under "Wish List" and then add it to my humidor, shouldn't it move? I no longer need it on a wish list, because I have it! This clutters my wish list quite often, and I need to purge the list to make it accurate. 5 stars if this feature were more common-sense...
4 ★Great app, works the majority of the time. my only complaint is you can't add a price or any cigars that might not be listed within the app. This feature should be available even if what is uploaded has to be verified or just have it for individuals app. Also the ability to add boxes to the virtual humidor. other than that I am fully enjoying the app.
4 ★It's a little bit confusing at first. Eventually it makes sense how sticks get added individually by vitolo. However it feels a little disjointed going from a page for a specific cigar lineup to picking each vitolo. This caused me to lose some notes and pictures when I first started using the app. That being said, it's a great app after you know how to use it. For a free app to be so full featured is great! This is a fun way to track your collection.
2 ★Had originally given this app 4 stars. I used it daily. It kept good track of my cigars. The camera was correctly identifying my cigars 90% of the time. I suggested to all of my 1300 Instagram followers. Then 2 days ago it just stopped working. I started to receive an error message. "An error has occurred. Please try again later." Uninstalled the app, and reinstalled. No change. Cant log in. Cant even send a feedback message. It's a shame. I really liked the app.
4 ★I have been using the app for close to a year now and it has worked for me to keep track of what I have tried and what I have on hand. The ability to identify a cigar by picture has worked pretty well, but there have been some cigars it could not ID such as some warfighter cigars. The app need to be connect to the internet to work which is my only complaint. Some functions could and should be able to work without the internet. I visited a cigar shop and could not see my favorites list because of no internet/ data.
4 ★This is good app but has the potential to be an excellent one. It can be a good companion for a cigar smoker and owner. I wish I have the ability to enter the price manually paid per cigar in my humidor. Then able to sort it out per price and total cost per type of cigar and per total of humidor. Also it would be put where I bought it from and other details. The price part in the app tends to be a zero and not updated from the internet.
5 ★This app is amazing for those who have cigar OCD! It let's you keep a full account of your possessions and lets you add multiple humidors so you always know what's inside each. You can plan your smoke without ever having to open your actual humidor! The fact that you can scan through the database or add anything that isn't already there is truly helpful. While it may take sometime to get everything accounted for like all inventory related things, it is truly worth it in the end.
1 ★This app rarely, if ever, read the cigar label successfully. Most of my entries were through typing out a search. And despite being logged in the entire time I had the app, the info did not save and transfer over when I got a new phone. I reached out to support since I saw this info should be cloud based (per another review) but this doesn't seem to be the case. The whole point of using this app was to keep record of what I smoked and how I rated it. Since that is gone I'm deleting this app.
2 ★Awfull. Looks like it could be a good one but camera doesn't recognize cigars, the scanner doesn't work and there is an add every 2 seconds.
