5 ★App is easy to use for barter exchange.

5 ★ITEX is a great service for businesses to barter and trade. They are like a bank of trade credit instead of cash credit. When you buy stuff it feels like it's free.

1 ★Awful service with sneaky hidden fees. I tried to cancel several times and this organization uses typical tactics for a business that cannot be trusted. They claimed to not have received my email, or then only had verbal request to cancel the account. I did some work for someone, was not paid, and ended up with a $100 invoice. I would not recommend ITEX and I imagine this business model with be replaced by a blockchain in near future. I did some further research on ITEX and they have a history of fraudulent activity.

5 ★I love the pay function. I can check my account balance and update my payment information.

5 ★Easy to navigate and I like seeing my account balance and ability to pay other members. Also has a cool rating feature. Plus it's fast.

5 ★Best way to transact with ITEX members

1 ★This app is still mostly useless. The only reason I use it is to look for companies in my area but it keep pulling up Seattle. I have to zoom all the way out then zoom into Oklahoma. But even then, if I look at a company's profile and go back to directory, it starts at Seattle again. I would like to find a pest control company. Since ITEX doesn't do meet and greets (which is why I haven't spent any money) then I'm trying to rely on the app to meet businesses I can trust.

1 ★I've never been able to login to my account! I've filled out the "forgot password" field several times and been notified that a password reset was being sent.... but that never actually happened. What a waste of time!
