4 ★Good, but it could be better. The app has great functionality, allowing you to easily add new content, products and, make changes to the look quickly and immediately. The issue is the descriptions field is a nightmare. Text Jumps and adds spaces and lines when writing text ans its a real pain to fix. Also ECWID plans don't have enough features unless you want to pay more. Variations on products are not allowed unless you pay a massive premium for the privilege but, it's just not worth it.
1 ★Worst bloody app I've ever used for an e-commerce platform. Uploading photos through the app is absolutely useless, don't even try. I don't know why I chose this platform over shopify, limited customisation for the actual store front in terms of apps and add-ons.
5 ★Better than Shopify, cheap and very responsive customer support, integrates with almost anything. Would like to see more options for editing and customizing Ecwid made website.

3 ★Very limited functions, sometimes too complicated, very expensive integration apps, it's not cheap at all, paying €50 a month for a online shop it is expensive for a starter business which have more than 100 items to sell. You should offer free advertising on google & not any application you add to the online store you have to pay extra monthly. Personally if I see a degrees in sales I will stop my subscription.
4 ★so easy to use, has all the needed functions for my business! website needs a little improvement for customization (branding purposes mostly). very friendly for food businesses who do scheduled local deliveries. another downside is online payments - if you use paypal, you dont get a redirection back to finish checkout. overall really great for small businesses!!

5 ★I absolutely love Ecwid and I'm amazed at how easy it is to set up a store with them. I have used other providers in the past to set up websites but because they were so technical I was never able to get them off the ground. Wth Ecwid you can get a professional store up and running within hours. The feedback from my customers is very positive, they have said shopping on my store is very easy and the store looks fantastic. I would highly recomnend Ecwid.
3 ★Everything's fine featured are more than enough, but i still want to give you guys an advice that u should increase the "categories" limit to 3 or 4 atleast please. there are few bugs whenever I edit my website and save everything gets saved but when I re-open my store the main feature that carries most of the thing "headline & Cover image" gets reset and it's so hard to set up again and it happens everytime and i request you guys to please solve this problem cuz I'm gonna start advertising soon
4 ★I've recently taken ownership of a brick and mortar store that has had a webstore through Ecwid for almost a decade and have produced less than 500 sales. Do not let our failure dissuade you though. A major part of my company's lack of success with Internet sales is our own fault. Unfortunately, my predecessors had no idea what to do or where to start. Despite their lack of experience, they were able to create a decent, semi-functional website. I credit that to Ecwid's simplified platform.

I cannot speak highly enough about the support that Ecwid offer. I would definitely recommend using Ecwid if you are a bit unsure but willing to try.
