Tín Thác là ứng dụng không thể thiếu đối với người Công giáo. Với Tín Thác, mọi người có thể sống và hiểu đạo tốt hơn bằng việc xem bài đọc và lời Chúa mỗi ngày.Trong (Mt 4,1-11), Chúa nói rằng: "Người ta sống không chỉ nhờ cơm bánh, mà còn nhờ mọi lời do miệng Thiên Chúa phán ra." Thật vậy, đối với người Công giáo thì lời Chúa là liệu pháp tinh thần giúp con người sống tốt hơn.
