Para personelnya wanita wanita berhijab, mampu memberi warna khas bagi musik dangdut asli Indonesia.
Group Dangdut Qasima Magelang awal mulanya didirikan pada tahun 1984 yang dipelopori oleh Ibu Hj. Sri Andariyah, S.Ag M.Ag dan diteruskan oleh putrinya Anidya Dwi Astuti, SE selaku Head Manager Qasima Management yang berperan dalam merancang, mengatur dan melaksanakan rencana Group Dangdut Qasima ke depan.
Lagu-lagu QASIMA sangat di gemari untuk penikmat musik dangdut religi . Apalagi para penyanyi Qosima yang selalu tampil cantik dan menarik.
