Now, you can sync from any screen within the app! As long as the app is open on your Bluetooth-enabled phone, you can manually prompt your Trio® to sync. Enjoy the updated design, new FIT-goal progress displays, and overall improved navigation. We update the app regularly to ensure the best user experience. Consider turning on auto updates so you always have the most current version. Simply open Google Play, tap the 3-bar menu in the upper corner, go to Settings, and then Auto-update apps.
How to install Trio Sync APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Trio Sync APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

1 ★After a few days of trying to sync to my phone, the Trio device just can't connect. Given a "fail" message whenever I try to get the code. I just wanted the discount for my insurance! :(
1 ★I have tried since last week to sync to my Android but it fails every time. The person working with me is great and tries to help. I am becoming more and more frustrated. I had two spine surgeries recently and hoped this would help keep me moving. 😑 3/20 still not syncing!
4 ★I've been amazed how this program has grabbed me and my wife. We did a little digging, and there's a lot of science behind the benefits of just walking...the money we earn is a bonus. She swears it's helping her lose weight, and we compete like a couple kids. It's fun and healthy and the money helps.

1 ★Had to get new device, last one stopped charging. Set up new device on app, synced, and nothing has changed. Doesn't matter how many times I sync my new device. It still shows old device info and battery level on app.
4 ★I had password Issues. It would tell me to use numbers, or I didn't have a uppercase letter and I did. Come to find out you must use a special character also if you want the password to work. After I did that I had no issues

1 ★Can't get past sign up saying need 8 letters, one of which must be capitalized. Have 8 letters one or two capitols still no good can't use, but what insurance co. Uses.

It won't let me just keeps saying I need at least 8 characters and one uppercase!!! I have tried several different passwords,uppercase letters,several different numbers and still says the same thing HELP!!!!!!!!
2 ★I am a sucker for free things and saving money. So when I got the lil info sheet from my job I thought, "why not?" This app is by far one of the most frustrating I've ever dealt with. I got the account created and logged in to pair the device. Then it asked me to check the dashboard in the program, and log in again? And the password I just entered 3 minutes ago no longer works. So I reset it. Today, I try to login from the app. (It says everything is incorrect) I log into the website fine. What? Really?
2 ★Ever since the new update, it won't take me directly to the app, I have to wait for it to switch to a new website. Before I lost my tracker, it would take several tries to sync. I now have to sign in EACH time to view my info, and the names are no gone in the ranking section. That took the fun out of everything. I no longer know who I'm competing with anymore. The support group is gone.
1 ★Allows you to set-up your account and pair your device, but won't sync with the device. Called the customer service line and the answer was essentially "I don't know why the screen hasn't changed for you, so let's set up the computer app." That's not helpful. And, one has to consistently sign in; why can't it at least remember who I am?
