3 ★App is good. It makes payments easy. Im using it for about one year now. But i faced few difficulties recently. App was installed to a new phone, signed up easily, but couldnt make the payment. I had to call a person in company to know that i have to change a setting when the phone is changed. I was disappointed when doing a payment just after one. Had to go in another pathway to do the second payment. Very unfriendly to the user

1 ★I made 3 utility bills using a credit card which were all denied by the app due to an error. Although my card was charged the payment never went through. I used the app support to log my complaint twice.But I didn't get any response. Then I called the customer support and informed the issue. They promised to reverse the transactions. But, still have not reversed the transactions. I tried calling the customer support more than 10 times during working hours. But they don't even pick up the phone.

4 ★Good app and expecting more features and improvements in future. I faced difficulties adding some banks accounts and cards. Some of local banks are not available in the app. Request money feature still not available but must have feature. Happy to see app performance improvement in next release. Also need more improvement in the customer service as the service I experienced is average.

5 ★Before there was some issues with the app. But now working fine. Very useful app since there are more transaction types. Good customer service. ☺️ They have deducted two times but after I make a complaint I got the refund within 1day. Appreciate their promt reply. 👍 Highly recommended. I'm a happy customer 😁 Thanks.

5 ★Best cashless payement app ever found. We Can easily Add SDB bank accounts, Credit /Debit cards or some other bank accounts and do the cashless transactions such as Online reloads, utility bill payments, Chanel doctors and QR payments also. The best thing is qe can create my payee list and save our payees. We can view transaction history & analyze it. Great app Best wishes upay & SDB bank.

1 ★Poor customer service. They even promoted in AG office kandy. But when comes to mobile communication poor. I can't enter my card number even though transaction done there was error message pop out. No action taken from the relevant bank Even I called but no action were taken. So sad about sri Lankan banks 😒 This app won't work for commercial bank I think .
