1 ★For an old company I would expect a stable product. How do I get a refund?

3 ★I really don't see why an app like this would require access to camera, microphone and contacts. Smells like spywere, but most likely someone just checked all the checkboxes he had in a hurry.
1 ★Used the previous app, worked great. This one keeps having an error when i try to download the file. Paid for 3 months and have no product. Not happy.
1 ★My current issue download to 40% then stops. I paid for a full year. Fix it or refund me. Previous version allowed me to zoom in close to look at the pictures. This version stops the zoom after a point and then springs back to a smaller picture. What gives?

1 ★Ok I want to get the digital version of this magazine as it is easier for me to carry the electronic version compared to the physical one, but the app is incompatible with my galaxy s5 running marshmallow (android version 6)

1 ★Can't download the issues as the app crashes all the time. I'm not sure if the team doing this app cares whether they deliver a good product or not. My boss would have fired me if I turned out work like that.
3 ★Wound up being charged $7.49. Looks like the developers/GW are charging full state tax illegally. GW has been doing this for years online even though they didn't have a retail presence in the state for quite a long time. The app itself works, and the magazine displays properly, if a bit slowly sometimes on my Galaxy Tab A. Unfortunately, some content is meant to be photocopied and added to various games, and I can't do that with a digital edition. Might as well spend $2 extra and do the print edition.

2 ★It was brilliant at first but now it has stopped working I can't open the October issue, tried to uninstalled and install the app on again then restore previous purchases but no luck.
