There are two types of audio adventures available in the app, set across the worlds of Warhammer 40,000, The Horus Heresy and Warhammer Age of Sigmar.
AUDIOBOOKS
With our audiobooks you get to experience the story as it was meant to be heard. Word for word your narrator will read the story to you, straight from the page. Audiobooks are usually full and unabridged versions of novels, novellas or short stories.
AUDIO DRAMAS
With our audio dramas you are immersed in the story. Gunfire, battle cries and music form the backdrop on which actors play out the characters. The narrator links the tale together so all you have to do is listen to the action. Audio Drama’s are uniquely scripted and can range in length between roughly 10 minutes and 2 hours.

1 ★no settings and wifi only downloads. No way to link with your other GW profiles or apps. Clearly as barebones as possible with a slick cover on top. Your much better off downloading your purchases from the website into another better audio player
3 ★Nice enough app but does have lock screen interaction (such as quick pause or play like spotify or other similar apps) and also would be better if you could set a sleep timer so if you fall asleep you dont miss half a book!
3 ★Great selection of audiobooks, but a poor audio player. The playback is paused everytime a notification comes through in your phone, annoying having to unpause especially when you're hands free and otherwise occupied
3 ★The app gives you a nice place to access your collection. However there are some major issues. If you are listening to it while driving and have Google Maps on, it will stop the audio when google gives you directions. You will have to hit play each time it stops. Also if you stop it and close your phone it clears the now playing, but leaves the notification bar that gives you the option to play what you were listening to. The play button at this point does nothing. These issues need to be fixed.
2 ★The inability to download via data plan is horrendous. I get 60GB a month and if I want to download one when away from home I should be able to without having to connect to someone else's WiFi
1 ★So I seriously can't listen to the audio book, I literally just purchased on your website, via this app without purchasing it again for this specific device? What planet are you living on? Had I known this before, I wouldn't have bothered buying it at all.
1 ★Will not let you download books while off WiFi. I have a tonne of data, I don't need some app telling me what my data habits should be.
3 ★This app is both good and fustrating. Its good because what it does (give you 40K books in an audio format) is really good and solid I never have an issue with this app freezing or anything. Whats bad is that its missing alot of key features to make it more user friendly. Not complex things, just basic things like being able to search their catalog by author, or having some of the books in collections lists like the Guant's Ghost novels or Cain novels. But, again it works. Just need tweaks.
2 ★Uses up to much power and wasn't even open, was using 13.8% of processor power in the background. Need wifi to download audio stories. Hopefully they fix these problems
5 ★Great way to hear the series when my hands cant hold a book! How about running a sale every once in a while, especially since a lot of us are out of work right now but still want to keep entertained?
5 ★App works great for me. Only negative thing I have to say about it is that some of the books don't have the chapters separated, so if I stop listening I have to make a note of the timestamp to find where I was again. Other than that, great app. Never had any issues. Unsure what other reviews are talking about saying it doesn't transfer to new phones, all my purchases came across just fine.
1 ★The end result will most likely be a poor experience. - purchases are restricted to the device it was purchased from. - If your original device were to break or go through a factory reset you'll have to purchase everything again. - It seems the last patch was in 2017 The Interrogation of Salvor Lermentov was my last purchase; to which I believe the release date was Oct, 2018.. I would most likely feel robbed if I hadn't listened to each audiobook/audiodrama over 10 times individually.
