3 ★App isn't horrible, but it's not great either. Setup was easy but I don't have the option to turn on/off motion detection- only sensitivity. My husband has the same exact phone as I do and he has the option to turn on/off the motion detector so I don't understand why I can't. Notifications for detections are hit and miss- sometimes I'm bombarded and other times nothing even though there are videos in the "Event Record". I like this app because I can spy on my dogs while at work but it's far from perfect.
1 ★June 11th update. As others have mentioned app no longer launches successfully after this update. Put the previous version up or fix this immediately. It has been over 1 and a half months, bought 3 camera's, unable to setup the 2 others that i didnt configure prior to june 11th. Way to hang us out to dry, respond publicly or your name is gonna be garbage.
2 ★I am with the other recent reviews. I also received gibberish texts, most of which seemed to be characters used in common password attacks. I no longer trust this app. Other than that, it has been working fine. I will be finding a different solution after running a factory reset on my phone.
1 ★I just purchased this camera and was only able to connect via WIFI one time, before I was instructed to update the app. I updated as recommended and now the camera will not reconnect. I have attempted to reconnect several times by following the steps exactly. Even afer deleting the app, resetting the camera several times and leaving the camera unplugged over night for over 12 hours doesn't work. This is ridiculous! Unless you can help me fix this in 24 hours I am returning this camera.
3 ★App works really well for camera functions. Just have to give it less than 5 stars because last night around 4 am the app sent me 5 notifications in a row with randomized letters and numbers and when I clicked on them it just went to my live feed and my pets were no where to be found. Shortly after it started happening on my boyfriends phone too except in Chinese/another language. Was pretty annoying and had me a little paranoid.
5 ★works as described first when you set up make sure your phone is on the 2.4 GHZ wifi of your router 5 ghz will not work ! most routers broad cast in both for your wireless example home 2.4 will be one ssid and home 5.0 will be another. Now that you got that right countuimne your set up. If you have problems or have already set it up insert a pin or paper clip in the small hall on the bottom hold it in for at least 10 seconds you might want to disconnect the power and reconnect it you will see the camera spin around then stop you now now its back to factory default . finish the set up you should get a message saying complete open the routers config look for the device under connected devices ounce you find it open port forwarding and set that correctly. You can open your browser Chrome put the ip and open the camera from PC make sure flash is allowed by default chrome now block flash , now you can watch your cam and do more config right through your pc browser , hope this helps
3 ★Viewing live camera feed is great. Viewing saved videos is decent at best. I am unable to pause, fast forward, or rewind. Videos are in 10 minute blocks so finding and viewing a specific incident can be a real nuisance. Also, saved videos should be able to be transfered onto the phone I'm viewing from.
1 ★the main reason for a security camera is, well, security. image is good, however motion detection does not alert unless the app is open. if the phone is idol in a pocket, no motion alert. also no function to turn on/off night vision. its always automatic, which it constantly switches itself. Fix this!
1 ★Have 2 cameras. First one connected easy, second had a lot of trouble. Had to disconnect and reconnect a couple times. Now, after having them for about a month, I just went to check on them and the cameras have been removed from the app and I have to reconnect them AGAIN. Terrible.

5 ★Peace of mind!. We have 3 puppies and we can monitor them when we are out of the house ,or upstairs, or in the backyard etc; and talk to them through the camera. Sound is perfectly clear , easy to install. All household members have access to it, and has NO subscription fees or any nonsense. Great product, and it covers my whole family room and kitchen.
1 ★This app is totally useless for monitoring cameras (like the New Tenvis app). I bought to new cameras and found I wasn't able to connect to original New Tenvis app. Found in instructions to use Tenvisty app, and found can't monitor all cameras at same time, and doesn't support my older cameras (Tenvis 3815w) Please bring back the monitoring functionality. Thanks
