Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★I would give it a better ratings if this was fixed: 1. Include more moods. The system currently in place is way too broad and doesn't accurately capture what I feel in a day. Having to choose between "upset" and "okay" is eh. 2. Allow me to input data from before the install date. I have data logged that I want to transport, but I can't. Really inefficient! 3. Is there a 'school' option for places in the app? Haven't seen one yet.
4 ★I've tried several of these styles of apps, this is the best one I've tried. There's more information (and even customizable) gathered in a super easy and intuitive interface. I can run reports from that for my doctor to identify trends. The only reasons it didn't get a 5-Star is a couple features that I think could be added that would be beneficial (maybe with the paid version?), such as tracking menstrual cycles, editing the names if the 5 emotions, and being able to add "warning signs".
5 ★Amazing! I LOVE this app! It does everything it's supposed to, even regularly reminds me to check my mood to see how I'm feeling and uses a cute message to do so. The really cool part is that you can print a 2 week or month report of your moods and warning signs so you can take it to your doctor!!! I do have to,adjust activity and sleep time since my phone is not always on me during those times. I wish it had a feature that you could input how many times a night you wake up cuz that is my hugest problem at the moment, not staying asleep. Wonderful app, thank you! I tell all the people I know with Bipolar to check it out :)
5 ★This is more than a typical mood tracker. It's an invaluable tool to better understand your own cycles and unique trends. In just a couple of weeks, it helped me identify cycle symptoms and trends I never knew I had. By using the sleep, activity, mood, and anxiety trackers together, you can better understand bipolar symptoms and take charge of your own lifestyle.
5 ★Used it once ages back to try and keep track of my bipolar cycle but struggled. Got my ADHD diagnosis and meds and am finding new life in it for tracking data for my docs. Defintiely recommend.
5 ★This app is being developed by a tech company in cooperation with a specialized bipolar outpatient clinic. It is not yet perfect but it already has great features. I especially love the automatic physical activity recordings and that I can easily see where I spent my time and. How much I've used my phone. But what I love most about it is that I can see how my mood graph is developing in relation to my anxiety, self confidence and energy level. The developers are actively looking for feedback on what to improve next. I am sure that with our feedback of our experience by being bipolar and use this app daily it will soon be the best mood tracking app out there. Big recommend!!!
4 ★It helps log my symptoms and prepares me for potential up or down cycles. it's extremely helpful. I share the reports with my psychiatrist and counselor to provide insights during our sessions. This is a great app. I do wish I had an online profile where I could access all of this information. That would be especially helpful. also, the location log functions are troublesome. I don't like having my location on all the time. The sleep logger is clunky too. Still, a GREAT app.
5 ★This app has been very helpful in helping me track bipolar 2 mood swings. It's helpful to take the 30 day report to my psych appointments. I also like how unintrusive it is. Just takes a minute to record then on with my day. Because I work at home it isn't able to track my work/home balance, but it doesn't really affect the usefulness of the app to me.
4 ★Only mood tracking app that I've consistently used. I don't know why, but I suspect it's because it's pretty specifically tailored to bipolar. So maybe some bipolar specific UI design that helps. I do wish you did something about the constant, annoying GPS request. You (talking to you, developer) really need to provide an option to disable it. The option provided doesn't work. I still get location requests.
4 ★A phenomenal application! I personally enjoy the fact of being able to view my overall progress, when it comes to my moods, graphed. It also comes with its own task bar, which makes the overall app such a convenience. I only wished that there were more variations in emotions (for example : anger or irritation) instead of just being happy to being depressed.
2 ★I was very excited to try this app but have been very disappointed. This app has an amazing premise and I could see it being an amazing tool, but it is not user friendly at all!! I can't figure out the sleep tracker and the social doesn't work right. There are no instructions what so ever and I have added like five permissions and am still getting daily notifications that I'm missing permissions! It lacks greater detail, user friendly understanding, and ease. I just can't figure it out.
4 ★this is a really valuable tool for me. I have a hard time recognizing my own harmful habits and routines for what they are, and I rarely notice depressive episodes before it's too late, but I find that Up helps me be just a bit more mindful. the reports i'm able to generate are very useful and give a lot of insight to my mood fluctuations over a period of time, and how my actions play into that. the only thing I really need from this app is a sleep tracker that isn't completely broken.
