2 ★App is inconsistent, buggy, and horrifically slow. The look up can take up to five minutes. Multiple users of the same ID don't sync. The search tool doesn't look ahead and pull up previous purchases. The list isn't sorted by aisle. Using Center Store instead of aisle is useless. Can't move shipping to pick up or home delivery list. Tech Support is very marginal. No support on weekends when customer volume is at max. I could go on and on.

3 ★Kroger app is better. The shopping list option does not give a summary of the cost which is an excellent feature of the Kroger app. This app is not as user friendly which is unfortunate because I like our heb.

4 ★I LOVE the incorporation of fingerprint scan for passwords. Sure makes it quicker to log in when you're in a busy store. After this past update, however, opening my list makes the app freeze.

1 ★i am standing in the middle of one store and search for an item and it gives me choices of a store 15 miles away. won't even give me option to select a specific store to check that inventory. would rather the damn thing just say it is not at my current location.

3 ★Two things would make this app nearly perfect. First, make my shopping lists searchable so that I do not have to scroll through the 100 items I've saved in order to uncheck the one I need thus moving it to the top for purchase. Currently, searching brings up every item in the store even remotely related to the search term. Second, automatically add coupons to the items on my list so I can see which items are on sale when I'm preparing my list for the week.

3 ★I'm not able to view the coupons I have selected. Nothing pops up, just a blank screen. Also, my wish list don't load up. Please fix!

1 ★selecting coupons today and they dont show up on my selected list nor are they redeeming at the register I had 2 of em not work. the ones I had selected before were working but any selected as of today are not. new problem as of today.

1 ★I gathered all of my coupons and the app stopped running when I got up to the register. After I restarted the app a couple of times to no avail, I restarted my phone. The app still didn't load, so I didn't get to use any of the approximately $20 worth of coupons. Wasted my time and money.

1 ★Frustrating, would never accept my store location at clear lake city blvd. Employees no help locating items, app doesn't help either. Last two times at this store very frustrating...back to Krogers for me!

5 ★Was 5 star but after a recent update I have to log in every time. Fix this please! *UPDATE* Works great now! I mostly use it for the digital coupons. Thanks HEB!
