5 ★Good bodyweight exercises. The 20min workout has all sorts of exercises and has built in breaks as well
4 ★Start off slow and work your way up. Build yourself before you try harder workouts.
5 ★Wow, these workouts are simple but so effective. Easy to fit into your everyday routine. I thought I was reasonable fit, not so sure of that when I'm only 4 mins into a 15min beginner session! Really like the reminders that come up too, keeps me moving, feel too guilty to ignore it, LOL!

2 ★So I was asked to rate this after my first experience with the app, like what happens with most apps. Halfway through each 30 second exercise a lady announces "almost there" the voice grates on me and it's going to be on my mind all day. On the last leg of my commute to work "almost there". Eating that salad and grains, when I really want a bacon sandwich, "almost there". Nearly clocking out time, "almost there". At home making sweet love to the wife, "al-mosttt th-ereeeeeeeeee". grrrrrrrrrrr
